This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Parbatta P.S. Case No.205 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, sections 364, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

The deceased was killed brutally by the criminals. He was cut into pieces and his body parts were thrown in the river. The deceased was called by the petitioner and thereafter the petitioner and the deceased consumed liquor and smack together. When the deceased lost his senses after consuming liquor and smack, the petitioner called the other accused persons who came there and thereafter they killed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6861 of 2024(3) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 deceased. These facts against the petitioner have come during investigation. The petitioner is in custody since 03.10.2023. 4.

The bail application of co-accused namely, Shambhu Choudhary has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.03.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.84467 of 2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the petitioners privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
