2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Harpur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118, 109, 308(3), 61(2), 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim who survived and sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and is in custody since 16.10.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger/concerned Court below in connection with Harpur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2024.
