JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded pistol and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 10.07.2015. Para-3 of the petition reveals that the petitioner had been made accused in four cases but in three cases, he was not named and in course of investigation, he was dragged in the aforesaid three cases.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to
