JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Although the petitioner is named in the first information report but only suspicion has been raised against him and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that in course of investigation except suspicion the police could not succeed to collect anything to show, prima facie, involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10250 of 2016 (2) dt.03-03-2016 petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 209 of 2015.
