This writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent-authorities specially the Secretary, Bihar State University Service Commission, Patna (Respondent no. 4) to pass necessary order/orders to issue call of interview letter to the petitioner for appearing in interview conducted by the Bihar State University Service Commission, Patna because the petitioner has obtained total score marks 75 whereas the call letter for interview has been issued under the cut off marks of 60 for Schedule Caste category.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has applied for the post of Assistant Professor in

Patna High Court CWJC No.718 of 2025(2) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 Social Science on 01.12.2020 alongwith all educational documents/certificates which was accepted by the Bihar State University Service Commission, Patna but the call letter for interview has not been issued uptill now.

4. From perusal of Annexure-3/A, it appears that though the Commission has demanded some documents from the petitioner but he has not submitted the same.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is dismissed because the petitioner has not submitted the required documents before the Commission. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) devendra/- U
