JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 21-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

There happens to be recovery of loaded firearm along with a live cartridge, mobile set, cash appertaining to Rs.12,00/- from the possession of petitioner. Though, petitioner has got chequered history, however, is under custody since 23.10.2014.

On account thereof, petitioner, Ajeet Singh @ Ajeet Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P. S. Case no.308 of 2014, subject to condition that petitioner will undertake not to indulge in similar kind of offences henceforth, failing which the privilege, so granted in favour of petitioner, shall cease to survive.
