The present case was lodged against unknown persons but in course of investigation agnates of the deceased were made accused and the petitioner being agnate of the deceased also arrayed in the category of accused persons of this case.

It appears that except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 7.12.2015. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
