2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 678 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case as per FIR is that all the accused persons including the petitioners attempted to outrage modesty of the informant and on protest, all the accused persons assaulted her with iron rod.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are ladies and they have got no criminal antecedent. He has further submitted that on exactly similar footing,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6118 of 2024(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 co-accused Pankaj Rai has been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 50613 of 2023.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the clean antecedent, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 678 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
