2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is not alleged to be one of the assailants of deceased, rather he is said to be the person who had taken the deceased with him to the place of occurrence. F.I.R. has been lodged after inordinate delay of eleven days without any explanation which renders the entire prosecution case doubtful. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 28.6.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
