The petitioner seeks his bail in a case registered under Sections 461 and 482 of the IPC.
This is a case of theft in the jewellery shop of the informant, who alleged that from the C.C.T.V. camera fitted in his shop, it appears that five persons have committed the theft. The name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statements of co-accused Gopi Kumar and Prlabhat Kumar. Thereafter the police arrested the petitioner but did not put him on TIP. Coaccused Vijay Kumar Verma and Indradeo Yadav, who were identified in the photograph of C.C.T.V. camera, have already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr.Misc.No.15490 of 2015 and Cr.Misc.No.22277 of 2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha (Pathkhauli) P.S.
