Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 411 of 2019 for the offence under sections 384, 386, 307, 341, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.10.2019.

It is alleged that the occurrence took place on 18.10.2019 and the police station is only two kilometers away from the place of occurrence. The FIR was lodged on 20.10.2019.

Considering the fact that there is delay of two days in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2574 of 2020(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 lodging the F.I.R, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Bidupur P.S.
