The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 427, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act and section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Maoists are alleged to have exploded Karpuri Bhawan situated in village Mahindwara. When the Maoists were returning the petitioner was named but it has not come as to how the informant identified the petitioner among the Maoists. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 05.01.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19099 of 2015 (4) dt.03-09-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 211 of 2007.
