====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 12-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

An affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 2, submitting therein that the entire arrear amount has been paid to the petitioner.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount of Rs.87,551/- has been credited to the account of the petitioner. The counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner has already been paid EPF amount of Rs.9,429/- along with interest through NEFT and she has also been paid Rs.84,551/-as arrears of pension and is getting the regular

Patna High Court CWJC No.4656 of 2017(7) dt.12-04-2019 2/2 pension on month to month basis.

In such view of the matter, there is no need to proceed further. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as infructuous in view of fact that the arrear pension amount has been paid. (Shivaji Pandey, J) mkchy/- U
