In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.615 of 2015, arising out of Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No.599 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he along with 5-6 persons committed robbery and looted an amount of Rs.48, 26,000/- from the Accountant of Magma Fincorp Ltd. Police intercepted the petitioner and from his possession Rs.50,000/- and one country made pistol were recovered for which a separate case has been filed.

It has come in the order-sheet that the recovered money has

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year of custody.
