JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03/ 16.04.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are languishing in jail custody since 21.9.2014 in a case in which charge sheet has been submitted under sections 376/511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Statement of the victim has been recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C in which she stated that petitioners only removed her Sari and after that they started quarreling with each others.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention of the petitioners in jail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1690 of 2015 (3) dt.16-04-2015 custody, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Mansoorchak P.S. Case no. 74/2014.
