The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dumaraon (Naya Bhojpur) P.S. Case No. 363 of 2018 for the offense under Sections 25(1-b) a,26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case one Katta and two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.9.2018 and investigation of the instant case is now complete, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two
