1. The Writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to select the petitioner for grant of a PDS licence for a shop in village Surwaniya Gram Panchayat at Raj Pachfera, Block Hathua, District-Gopalganj against roster point No. 557 (unreserved category) and further int No. 557 (Unreserved Category), and further to set aside the final merit list dated 29.12.2022, issued by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1958 of 2023(14) dt.14-07-2026 2/2 District Level Selection Committee (Supply), whereby and whereunder the private respondent No. 8, Gajendra Singh, has been selected.

2. During the course of arguments, the Learned counsel for the petitioner intends to withdraw the Writ petition with liberty to challenge the selection process by filing a complaint before Respondent No. 2/ Divisional Commissioner, Saran at Chapra, raising all his pleas/grounds within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order. In turn, the Divisional Commissioner shall pass appropriate order, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner within a period of three months.

3. With the aforesaid order, the Writ petition stands disposed of.
