Originally, informant filed complaint case which was converted into police case.
Investigation of this case has already been completed and charge sheet has been submitted but from perusal of the case diary, it would appear that the Investigating officer did not verify this fact as to whether informant had taken any loan or not. The Investigating officer did not verify the presence of informant at Asansol and other places. It appears that investigation has been done in a very causal manner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
