The prayer is for the compliance of the order dated
Patna High Court MJC No.4113 of 2018(5) dt.04-07-2023 2/2 29.05.2018 in CWJC No.11202 of 2016.
A show-cause was filed in 2019 on behalf of the opposite party nos.4 to 7 bringing on record the decision taken by the Committee headed by the District Magistrate, Siwan dated 01.09.2018 and paragraph-8, reads as follows: "The district selection committee has noted that the petitioner and other retrenched 1991 census employees have not submitted their application in prescribed form under the selection process initiated vide Advertisement no.01/2013-14."
The show-cause is of 2019 and there is no rejoinder and the Court has to go by the show-cause of the opposite parties.
If the petitioner is aggrieved, he can challenge the same before the writ court.
The contempt petition stands disposed of.
