JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03/ 16.04.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 9.7.2014 on the accusation that he opened fire causing fire arms injury on abdomen of the informant. The injury report of the informant reveals that she sustained gun shot injury but opinion regarding nature of the injury was kept reserved till receipt of x-ray report.

Investigating officer submitted charge sheet without collecting x-ray report as well as final opinion of the doctor regarding nature of the injury.

Considering the period of detention of the
