The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 196 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 36 and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the petitioner, above-named, is in custody since 17.06.2021, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge Excise, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 196 of 2021.
