2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 55 of 2023, registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 447, 448, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, when the informant was constructing boundary wall on his land, eleven named accused persons including the petitioner came there and assaulted the informant and his family members. The specific allegation against the petitioners is that he assaulted informant's brother namely Sanjeet Kumar on his head with sword.
4. The learned counsel for the petitions has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3574 of 2025(2) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 case. They are the persons of clean antecedents and the injuries are simple in nature.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrenders within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 55 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
