JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner came in this case on the basis of information given by the spy of that area and it appears from the impugned order that in course of investigation, some witnesses only expressed their suspicion regarding the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime. Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.01.2016 and it appears that except some criminal antecedents, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S.Case
