The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307, 504 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., petitioner is alleged to have instigated other co-accused to assault informant and her son and he himself assaulted informant by iron rod.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to petty dispute, a simple occurrence of Maarpit took place between the parties. Doctor has found simple injury. Both parties are gotiya. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3914 of 2023(2) dt.13-04-2023 2/2 the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 130 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
