No. 15862 of 2013 (Tapan Kumar Awasthi & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.).

2. If this be the correct position of fact, the petitioners, in order to facilitate the decision making process, are directed to file a fresh representation before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, who, on receipt of such representation, would pass necessary orders in accordance with law in the light of the judgment and order dated 23.02.2018, referred to above.

3. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
