Deceased fallen in love with her co-villager and on account thereof, entered into wedlock and was staying at her Sasural where she was teased and lastly, she was found dead. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that both the petitioners happen to be in-laws. Husband had already surrendered before the learned lower court and is under custody. It has also been submitted that there happens to be no specific allegation against these two petitioners.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18200 of 2015 (3) dt.29-06-2015 Accordingly, petitioners Bikram Choudhary, Shanti Devi each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case No.77 of 2015.
