The accusation against the petitioner is that he withdrew the amount through ATM from the account of the informant at her request but he handed over the amount to another person, who fled away from there with the aforesaid amount and on the aforesaid basis, informant suspected that the aforesaid person was associate of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Saharsa in connection with
