The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Janki Nagar P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018 dated 26.05.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The informant was waylaid and was divested of his belongings. The implication of the petitioners in this case is on the basis of confession of one co-accused Md. Izhar. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners nor have they been identified by the informant.
Considering the aforestated facts as also taking
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3842 of 2019(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 into account the clean antecedents of the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Ist Class, Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Janki Nagar P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
