1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, the present writ petition is being preferred for setting aside the order dated 31.03.2022, passed by the Additional Collector, Saran-cum-1st Appellate Authority, entertaining complaint of Sri Santosh Kumar Mishra, relying upon several communications/ reports of authorities of various levels with regard to construction of Anganbari Centre No. 41 at Ward No. 10 over a private land, whereby and

Patna High Court CWJC No.671 of 2023(4) dt.10-09-2024 2/2 whereunder, it has been held that financial irregularities have been committed, hence the entire amount is recoverable from the then Mukhiya, Sri Sanjay Kumar Mishra and Panchayat Secretary, Sri Chandeshwar Manjhi (the petitioner), however, without proper consideration of facts, law and points urged on behalf of the petitioner. It is further prayed that the consequential order issued by the Block Development Officer, Nagra, Saran under Letter No. 998 dated 23.07.2022 be reversed."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, for redressal of his subsisting grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
