2. The following reliefs as formulated by the petitioner have been claimed in the writ petition- "i) For a direction upon the respondents to grant pension and terminal dues i.e. gratuity, group insurance, leave salary, part of provident fund etc. with interest @ 10% from the due date of payment of pension;

ii) For a direction upon the respondents to fix last salary of the petitioner for the purposes of payment of pension and revised pension;

iii) For any other order/orders for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that all the retiral dues have already been received by the petitioner, however, the issue relating to pay scale remains to be addressed. Accordingly, permission is sought to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to represent before the concerned authority with regard to claim for proper pay scale.

4. Learned counsel for the State as well as for the Accountant General are present.

5. Having regard to the stand of the petitioner, permission is accorded. The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to represent
