At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits by referring to the counter affidavit filed in the present case that since the petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs.1,73,935/- vide cheque dated 11.03.2023, the order of the Block Development Officer, Nagra, Saran, has now stood complied with, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
