Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 262 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(A), 67, 67(A), 67(B) of the Information and Technology Act, 2000 and Sections 12, 13 and 14 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

According to prosecution case itself, it was Sonu Kumar, who created fake ID of the victim and so far as the petitioner is concerned, he had only made comment on the obscene picture of victim. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8095 of 2020(3) dt.08-06-2020 2/2 since 8.11.2019 and the investigation against him has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st - cum - Spl. Judge, POCSO Act, Patna/concerned court in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 262/2019 (Special POCSO Case No. 225/2019).
