Earlier, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 18.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66733 of 2021.

Trial Court report reveals that out of 7 witnesses, 5 witnesses have been examined including the informant and the victim.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2021.

Considering the period of custody and stage of trial, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
