2. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach before the respondent no. 3, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Muzaffarpur for redressal of their grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed along with all supporting judgments and documents, within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent no. 3 shall dispose of the same after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through her counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of two months, thereafter, keeping in view Annexures-4, 5 and 6 of the writ petition.

4. Respondent no. 3 shall be solely liable for noncompliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. It is made clear that if it is found the petitioners

6. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
