The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 03.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9760 of 2020.

In view of the report dated 22.11.2021 stating that the case is at the stage of argument after completion of the evidence of the prosecution and defence, I am not inclined to review my order refusing to grant bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14084 of 2021(4) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. It is expected that the trial shall be concluded expeditiously without any delay.
