The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 8.12.2021, whereby name of the court below has wrongly been typed as "Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Samastipur" instead of "Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur".

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the Court has wrongly been mentioned in the petition as Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Samastipur instead of "Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise,Muzaffarpur". In view of the submission above, this application is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4809 of 2022(2) dt.09-02-2022 2/2 allowed. The order dated 8.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5992 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur within a period of further four weeks from today.

The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
