2. On perusal of records, it appears that this is the second bail application of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 31.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 35606 of 2024 with an observation to renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year.

3. It appears that one year has been lapsed and the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail but he has directly came to this Court without pressing the present bail application in the Court below.

4. Considering the aforesaid circumstance, the present bail application of the petitioner is rejected with liberty to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3165 of 2025(4) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 petitioner to file a fresh bail application in the Court below and the Court below is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day at his own merits.

5. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
