This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 376 of the Penal Code, 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and 3(i)(XII) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

There is direct allegation against the petitioner and the medical evidence also supports the offence.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for bail is rejected.
