Petitioner is accused in connection with Gopalpur (Rangara) P.S. Case No. 241 of 2015 registered under Sections 363 and 365 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by named co-accused Dilip Kumar Mandal having hand in the murder of the deceased Mikki Kumar on the instruction of the petitioner. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.01.2016.

No.9800 of 2016 (3) dt.28-04-2016 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Naugachia in connection with Gopalpur (Rangara) P.S. Case No. 241 of 2015.
