2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 327/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399/402/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26/35 Arms Act.

3. One countrymade pistol and live cartridges have been recovered from the petitioner while the criminals were planning to loot.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM VIth
