Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hazipur (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 80 of 2016 registered under Sections395, 397, 412 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that six unknown criminals entered into the Axis Bank and looted away cash, mobile and also beaten some staff of the Bank.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is no named in the first information report. It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused, Md. Nizam, has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 17.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1505 of 2017.
