The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shivapatti P.S. Case No.124 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 24.7.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.24991 of 2014. Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 24th July, 2014, I am not inclined to reconsider the application for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
