JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner being father-in-law of the deceased is languishing in jail custody since 25.09.2014 in a case registered under section 328, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. According to the prosecution case itself, on 16.09.2014, she was taken away by her husband as well as brother-in-law. On 23.09.2014 the informant got information about the death of his daughter. The post mortem report of deceased reveals that no external injury was found and the viscera of the deceased had been kept reserved.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20434 of 2015 (3) dt.24-06-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera in connection with Singhiya P.S.Case No. 141 of 2014.
