1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "I. Issuance of the appropriate writ, order(s) or directions(s) in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the notice/order bearing Memo No.- 2031 dated 14.12.2022 passed by the Circle Officer, Hilsa, District-Nalanda in Encroachment Case No.- 19/2021-22 (State Vs. Upendra Prasad) in which Circle Officer has ordered to remove encroachments on 23.12.2022 from the part of land situated at Mauza- Alipur, Thana No.- 156, Khata No.- 52, Khesra No.-689, Area around 1.03 acres; on the ground that the Petitioners are living on the said

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
