The petitioner has been arrested in connection with S.T.No. 172 of 2013 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he has repeated dagger blow on the person of deceased by which he succumbed to injury.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is suffering from illness of mental disease. However, opinion of the Medical Board is that petitioner is required to be treated at Koilwar hospital.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
However, the authority concerned may take care if petitioner is mentally ill, he will be treated at mental hospital at Koilwar.
