JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail because the trial of the petitioner is going on in full swing and out of 11charge sheeted witnesses, 8 prosecution witnesses have already been examined.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Chutiya P.S. Case No. 36 of 2012 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 45 of 2013 stands rejected.
