By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent Authority to make the payment of arrears of difference Rs. 7,47,195/- of S.S. College, Jehanabad and Rs. 4,07,148/- of Sri Arvind Mahila College, Patna.

(ii) For issuance of such other appropriate

Considering the prayers made in the writ petition, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, Gaya (respondent no.4) within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The respondent no. 4 is well-advised to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within two months from the date of receipt of any such representation filed by the petitioner after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his counsel. 4.

It is made clear that the respondent no.4 shall be held responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
