JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of informant is languishing in custody since 09.01.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 323, 341, 498A, 504, 506/34, of the IPC.

The basic accusation is of torture.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner admits the marriage with informant and is ready to keep her with full dignity and honour. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 12 of the petition, which reads as follows:- "12. That the petitioner is the husband and he always ready to keep his wife with all dignity." Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
