JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-04-2019 In Paragraph '16' of the writ application, the petitioner has made a statement that for redressal of her grievance she had made a representation before the concerned authorities with all facts but there is no result of such representation. Annexure '7' is dated 06.07.2018 and has been submitted in the office of the District Officer, Supaul. In the aforesaid view of the matter, learned counsel for the State submits that since the petitioner has already moved before the competent authority for redressal of her grievance, this writ application may be disposed of with an appropriate direction to the District Magistrate, Supaul (respondent no.2).
