Four live cartridges and iron rod are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which the petitioner is in jail custody since 09.11.2015. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in Dumaria P.S. Case No. 71 of 2015.
